BIO
Honour Sithole has been featured in numerous media outlets and publications to discuss the importance of emotional and mental wellness in living a balanced, successful life. He partners with governmental leaders, both at the local and national level, professional athletes and corporate as well as non-profit organizations as a counselor, coach or speaker for private and public engagements covering an array of topics centered around wellness for the mind, body and spirit. Overall, he is committed to bringing the issues surrounding mental health to the forefront while reducing the stigma associated with it.
For his dedication and service toward improving the lives of individuals living with mental illness, he was selected by the Central Texas African American Family Support Conference to be the 2020 recipient of the Richard E. Hopkins Torch Award. He recently received a Senate Proclamation from the Texas State Senate, as recognition for contributing to the Mental and Emotional Wellness of men in Texas.
Sithole was also recognized by the Boris L. Henson Foundation as one of the Top 100 African American Mental Health Practitioners in the United States. In addition, Honour brings over 20 years of corporate experience in management and executive roles. He is currently the chief executive officer at Inside Fitness 360. Prior to that, served as the vice president of solution delivery at Integra Mortgage Solutions for a three-year period, during which time he managed client relationships and change management.
Before his employment at Integra, he was a mortgage banking consultant for five years managing mortgage securities and process improvement. He also served as a director of data services for Homeward Mortgage among other corporate roles at Chase Bank and Bank of America. He currently accepts corporate advisory roles, focused mainly on human capital management, diversity and inclusion.
